To celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, enhance the sense of national identity among citizens, and promote community harmony, the Celebration Organizing Committee, together with the Central and Western District Civil Affairs Department, the Central and Western District Council, and major community organizations in the district, will specially launch the 'Carnival of Joyous Celebration for National Day' on 1 October.
